Do you have a distributor abroad?
All items can be purchased only through our web site.
I am a potential retailer and I’d like to know your prices.

How can I place an order on your web site?
To place an order on our web site, please click on the picture of the selected item to show the detailed description. If the item is not marked ‘not available’ on the bottom of the description, please click on the button ‘Add to order’.
Once you have added all the selected items, please click on the top of the page on ‘Contents of the basket/To place the order’. Then you have to follow the procedure on the screen by clicking on the arrows up to the payment step.
What are the delivery fees?
The amount of the delivery fees depends on the parcel weight and on the carrier (French Post or Express Delivery Service). To know the exact price you have to start placing an order and stop just before the payment step.
What methods of payment do you accept for an order placed on your web site?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, International Wire Transfer, Paypal payments, Carte Bleue, and French cheques. American Express credit cards and payments ‘Cash on delivery’ are not accepted.
Do your items have a guarantee ?
Our items have a 1-2 year guarantee, according to the manufacturer.
Can I change the melody on a particular item ?
No, you can’t, except for the items offering a multiple choice of melodies. In this case the delivery time can be quite long (about two months) as we offer more than 3000 melodies.
Can you create a tailor-made melody for musical mechanism ?
In theory yes, but it is technically very difficult due to the smallness of 18-note musical mechanisms. The price is 400 € (VAT not included and mechanism included) for an 18-note musical mechanism and 450 € (VAT not included and mechanism not included) for a 30-note musical mechanism.

Our shop is located inside the window-panelled space at the far end on the right of the commercial gallery, opposite the beautician’s.
Are all items available on the web site also available in your shop ?
Our web site is updated every working day. In theory, the items available on the web site are also available in the shop, except for those particular items having a specific delivery time.
How can I get the invoice ?
Your invoice is available on our web site once the items ordered have been sent to you. To get it, you have to enter your login and your password in the “My account’ session, down left on the main page of the web site.
How can I track my order ?
The day after the shipping of your items, you can call us at the +33 (0)821 14 25 14 or send us an e-mail to get the tracking number of your order. You can also access your account by entering your login and your password to check if your order has already been sent or if it is still being prepared.
In any case we kindly ask you to check our Terms and Conditions of Sale to get all the information about delivery fees and taxes.
